What are some things I should pay attention to when placing my order?
1. Add your desired item(s) into your Shopping Bag. *Sometimes more than one color and/or shipping method will be available. In this case, please select the most suitable choice for you before adding the item into your Shopping Bag. (Changes to item quantity may be made within the Shopping Bag.)
2. After an order has been submitted, it may not not be canceled, so please carefully review the items inside your Shopping Bag (item quantity, color, size, special requests) and make changes to anything needed before clicking the 'Proceed to Checkout' button. *If you're not sure about color, sizing, or other item details, please contact us.
3. Enter your shipping and payment details
4. Review and submit your order
5. We will email you an order confirmation once your order has been processed in our system.
Will I be charged Customs fees?
Customs import/export duties, VAT, or other taxes will be responsibility of the customer to cover.
*We have no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
There is a problem with my order...
If there is any trouble with your order, we suggest contacting the Personal Shopper directly first via email to resolve the issue with maximum expediency.
If upon delivery, the item is damaged or not as described...
– Please immediately send photos of the delivered item to us for review. Make note of any damaged/questionable point(s) and the item's order ID.
Our return policy states that goods may be returned before 30 days after delivery for refunds.However, Please do not send back the ordered item to the us unless we have agreed to having it sent back!
What happens if I need to cancel an order?
As a general rule, your order CANNOT be canceled after placing the order except for the following cases:
◆Shipping deadline has expired
If the seller fails to ship the ordered item out before the shipping deadline
(within 18 days after the order has been placed), Your order will be canceled out automatically
◆The item is out of stock
If we do NOT have any stock,
In this case we will contact you via email to let you know
◆Order issue
Please understand that we may also cancel an order if we suspect the item doesn't meet our Item Quality Standards.
